I've discovered something. I've figured out exactly what my favorite embellishments are.
glitter, feathers, and fur
The epitome of girly. Yet I'm not a girly girl, I don't think I've ever really been one. I love dresses and dressing up, but not with ribbons and bows and frills. And of course I haven't been obsessed with these things all my life, but now, I just want my closet to be filled with them, but in my own grungy romantic way.
And what little girl doesn't love princesses? I will admit that I still love princesses and fairytales.
Especially Disney princesses and Rapunzel, because come on people, Tangled was a beautiful movie. So of course Oscar de la Renta's pre-fall show would kinda made my heart sing a little bit. Filled with my favorite things, it made the girliest girly girl hidden deep down inside me reveal herself a little more.
