New York City


I'm going to New York City tomorrow! Very exciting. I've never been before but I hope it'll be my first trip out of many. I'm going with my family. We'll be seeing Blue Man Group and a Yankees game and staying right in Brooklyn :) And hopefully there will be lots of shopping involved! Too bad I'll have to wait a whole other week to see Sex and the City 2, but it's worth it!

So it was only after I put this on that I realized I had customized this whole outfit 'cept for the shoes. But those are eco-friendly! And it was after that I also realized I was wearing a shirt with flowers all over it and I would be flower shopping for 2 hours. FML? Yes. I hate coordinating.

I was sitting in Starbucks with my friends when this girl walked in with a GIANT bow. Very Marc by Marc Jacobs. At first I was too stunned to think. Because I live in such a tiny town, I've never seen anyone dressed so cool (besides myself, of course). It shames me to say this, but I just couldn't ask her if I could take a picture. I mean in NYC or something it'd be different, but here? It might sound totally creepy. So my very loud and outgoing friend asked her for me. This girl made me happy.
